We have been searching of decent software for several years. We’ve tried at least 4 variants of billing systems from different developers. In each case we were able to find well implemented solutions, as well as the ones that were lacking in functionality. No doubt, that it’s almost impossible to get from the developer a billing system which would suit you for 100%. In all our cases, we needed to update the program to match our billing requirements. Every time we asked developers to update our system, we got very expensive price for individual modifications or response of the impossibility or unwillingness to update or change anything.
At the beginning of the year we were recommended to try Billbery. Initially, we were alerted with its simplicity. But studying the possibilities of the billing system we came to the conclusion that Billbery has a very reasonable quality-price-functionality ratio. Now, BillBery billing solution is integrated in our business facilities and we have strong developer's support regarding its operation and further development of its functional parts.
