BillBery was a life saver. Before BillBery we were billing manually which took hours for just 15 customers. Now it takes 10 min. The base features that BillBery had were excellent, however we asked for customizations which they programmed very quick and correct such as profit reporting, and billing by prefix, and multiple time zone invoicing. The tool is also very easy to use - many systems are complex with hard to use graphic user interfaces, however this system is a breeze. As soon as the entire system was functional including my customizations it took about 30 minutes to learn how to use it.
I am very happy with this solution. It is cost effective, robust, and I've already recommended this system to 3 of my customers. If you use MVTS you can't ask for a better system, and if you need something that they don't have just ask and they will customize it for you.
